At Crystal Springs Golf Course we are committed to providing you first class service from the planning stage to the execution of your event. Listed below are a few steps you can take to facilitate the process:
Step 1 : Choose a date for your event and an estimated guest count. Will you be interested in having lunch, dinner or any food and beverage included in your package? Please have alternative dates in mind before calling.
Step 2 : Reserve the date with our Tournament Sales Director who will create a Tournament Contract with all details of the event for you to review.
Step 3 : Read, sign and return the tournament contract with deposit back to the course. Your event is only confirmed once a signed contract and deposit is received.
Step 4 : Our Tournament Director will be in contact with you to arrange all event detail and to answer any questions you may have.
Step 5 : Final player guarantee and full payment are due 10 days prior to the event.
